Warner Bros Animation is making a new Scooby Doo feature film and some new actors have now come on board. Young Sheldon star, Ian Armitage is all set to lend his voice for the character of young Shaggy in the film whereas his co-star McKenna Grace who was also seen in Captain Marvel recently will be giving voiceover for the character of Daphne in the film. The film's story revolves around a new adventure of Mystery inc as they join hands with the heroes of Hanna Barbera universe to save the world from Dick Dastardly. Zac Efron and Amanda Seyfried Roped In For New Scooby-Doo Movie Titled Scoob - Read Details

The 2020 release brings together the Young Sheldon stars along with Zac Efron and Amanda Seyfried who have been cast for the infamous roles of Fred and Daphne (older). We hear Mark Wahlberg and Jason Isaacs will also be on board for this film. Wahlberg has been approached for the role of Blue Falcon in the film. Falcon is known as the superhero who teamed up with Scooby-Doo and the gang to fight against one of his enemies.

The role of the film's villain, Dick Dastardly has been bagged by Jason Isaacs who is popular for his role in the Harry Potter franchise as Lucius Malfoy. The film has been tentatively titled 'Scoob' and is being helmed by Tony Cervone.

Scoob has been scheduled for a release on May 15, 2020. This film is a new addition to the franchise that previously released two films, Scooby-Doo which was released back in 2002 and its sequel, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed which hit the screens in 2004.
