His dialogue in the last scene said, "Son, from everything you’ve said, it’s clear that Randy died from those drugs. An autopsy will support that. The writer of Riverdale, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa tweeted about the final episode featuring the late actor Luke Perry and wrote, "This week’s #Riverdale is the last episode Luke filmed. Luke Perry's final screen appearance will be in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The actor is reportedly playing Wayne Maunder in the film, a real-life actor who was a part of the show Lancer. Perry had already shot for his portion in the film, thus making it his final on-screen appearance.
