Kevin Hart has been slapped by a lawsuit of $60 million by the woman who appeared in a 2017 sex tape with the comedian. As per documents obtained by E! News, the model, Montia Sabagg, has claimed that she had no knowledge about being secretly recorded for having consensual intercourse with the actor and comedian in a Las Vegas hotel room. In the 38-pages complaint, the model has accused Kevin HartJonathan "JT" Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentionally inflicting emotional distress, violating privacy and negligence. Sabagg has claimed that she "had no knowledge that the intimate activity" as shown in the video of her with Hart. As per the suit, the video showed the model "naked from the waist down and engaged in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart." At the time when the video was published online, Hart addressed the concerns and stated that he was being extorted by Sabagg. Soon, Sabagg held a press conference along with celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom where she denied the accusations of extortions as made by Hart. The lawsuit further states that Hart conspired with Jackson "for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself". Further Sabagg's lawsuit said that Hart wanted to attract "additional publicity and media attention" through the video and "increase his overall pop culture status," as he was in the middle of his Irresponsible Tour. Right after the sex tape controversy came out in public, Hart took to social media to apologise to his wife Eniko Hart and kids. "I'm at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back and because of that, I should make smart decisions. And recently, I didn't," he said. "You know, I'm not perfect. I'm not going to sit up here and say that I am or claim to be in any way shape or form." So far Hart has not responded to the lawsuit claims.
