We have seen a lot of artists pay tribute to Game Of Thrones, be it through their own rendition of the title track of the show or funny videos. Okay, funny videos cannot exactly be called a tribute but the show is definitely an inspiration to a lot of creative minds out there. A bunch of young Kashmiri artists recently shot a video and added their spin to the title track of the song, which is beautiful. The video is called 'The Cure: A Kashmiri Instrumental Tribute To Game Of Thrones'. Even though it wasn't a high budget video, it is visually appealing.

Former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Omar Abdullah, tweeted the video and said, "This tribute to #GameOfThrones comes all the way from Kashmir. Its a visual delight and hearing the theme music played on the traditional rubab is amazing. Well done". It's a brilliantly shot video and the music is so soothing. The instruments will lighten your mood and it's the perfect thing to listen to on a Monday. We completely agree with the former CM of the state, well done! All you GOT fans are going to love this so much.

Ruman Hamdani, the director of the video, said to a couple of local media groups, "If you're a filmmaker, Kashmir has everything to offer you. We shot this completely on a shoe-string budget and with very basic cameras and production equipment." The makers also revealed that the shoot was completed in three months with basic production equipment.

The Jammu & Kashmir Tourism also shared the video on their social media platforms to get more filmmakers to shoot at the valley and to promote this brilliant piece of art, of course! What do you think about it? Tell us in the comments below and stay tuned with us for more.
