Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are all set to tie the knot for the second time and we hear have at last sent out their fourth and final save the date invitation for the wedding as per reports. After the two wed secretly in a New York City courthouse last September, we hear the couple will now be hosting a full-fledged wedding ceremony now. The wedding will be hosted in South Carolina as Bieber and Baldwin's family and friends will be in attendance. Justin and Hailey were spotted last week around Palmetto Bluff, a beautiful waterfront area on the May River and we hear that has been finalised as the location where the couple will say their 'I Dos'.
