In 2014, little did anyone know that an emotionless Keanu Reeves killing a whole gang over a dead puppy will become a cinematic event. John Wick became a critical and commercial hit. The sequel, John Wick Chapter 2, came out in 2017 and became that rare phenomenon when the second part is better the original, both with its content and its box office collection. The first trailer has that promise. As expected, the promo hints that John Wick Chapter 3 will begin from where the second film ended. John Wick is on the run and his leeway time is about to be over. A contract of $14 million bounty is on his head and every known assassin is out to kill him. When he couldn't get help from his known associates, John seeks favour from an old friend in Sara, played by Halle Berry. And yeah, John Wick has found a new dog who is equally badass. The trailer is filled with some really awesome action sequences, terrifically choreographed with some beautiful visuals and score. John Wick riding on that horseback and taking down assailants is probably the most kickass thing you will see from the dawn of 2019.
