Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker to Release in India on October 2; To Take on Hrtihik Roshan’s War and Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy on Gandhi Jayanti

The psychological thriller Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix in the lead role was initially scheduled to be released in India on October 4. However, the makers have announced that the release date has been preponed. Yes, fans in India can rejoice as Joker would now release on October 2, 2019. The film directed by Todd Phillips is releasing on the same date as Hrithik Roshan – Tiger Shroff starrer War and Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

Movie buffs from across industries are in for a big treat in the first week of October as there are three major releases happening – Joker, War and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Warner Bros India confirmed about the change in the release date of Joker in India via Twitter.
