Joaquin Phoenix's Joker is busy impressing people across the world with its daunting but beautiful storyline. It's commendable on Warner Bros' part to have a standalone movie revolving around its most notorious villain of all time and their effort paid off. Joker is quick to join the likes of Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Shazam to be a successful venture registered under DC and its success may pave a way for its sequel. If all goes well and if the makers of Joker are really keen on exploring their future with this character, there are ways of making him a part of Robert Pattinson's 'The Batman'. Joker Movie Review: Joaquin Phoenix Redefines This Iconic DC Villain With a Beautifully Disturbing Tale.

The possibility is extremely bleak, we understand, but hey, never say never. In Joaquin Phoenix's Joker, Bruce Wayne is still a young boy who sees a killer killing his own parents. Phoenix, meanwhile, is his late 30s. So, there's some scope in which the makers can introduce Joker as the big bad villain of Gotham city who will eventually lock horns with Robert Pattinson's Batman. In a way, Joker movie could be a prequel to Pattinson's superhero outing. It seems too far-fetched but definitely not impossible. Joker: 5 Best Scenes from this Joaquin Phoenix Starrer that are Brilliant and Terrifying at the Same Time (Spoilers Ahead).

Meanwhile, Joker director, Todd Phillips had already clarified that his movie will be a standalone one meaning we shouldn't expect his collaboration with Pattinson. However, that doesn't mean we won't have any sequel to this movie. But Joaquin Phoenix in one of his interviews revealed how Joker would feel after meeting Batman. When an interviewer asked him his reaction about Joker crossing paths with Batman in a hypothetical situation, he simply said, he'd be excited. And who won't be? The ones who have watched Joker will clearly root for him to make an appearance in Robert Pattinson's next and we hope the makers find a way to include him in the same.
