Jessica Alba Gives ‘Zero F*cks’ about What You Think of Her Body, Says She No Longer Allows Others to Define Her

Over the years, Jessica Alba has emerged as a celebrity icon who bats for socially relevant issues. Today, she has emerged as a woman who gives 'zero f-cks' about what people think about her body. And that is the level of awesomeness we all should aspire to have. The actress features in the latest issue of InStyle magazine, writing an essay for it. The partnership with the mag was quite a nostalgic trip for Jessica. "Looking back, when I shot my first InStyle cover, I was insecure. I felt like I needed to be someone I wasn't in order to be accepted," the 38-year-old said. Today, she is the mother of three lovely daughters and headlining a hit TV show about two female cops kicking ass. She further added, "I allowed other people's ideas of who they thought I should be, define me. Who am I now? I give zero f**ks. I have three children. They've exploded my body, and I'm cool with it."

The actress also wrote, "I also stopped allowing myself to be objectified in the press through a male’s perspective," adding, "Screw that, man. It’s OK to be sexy. It’s OK to wear a short skirt or a loud print if I feel like it because I own it in my own way. I can flaunt what I want, cover what I want, and still feel good."
