It's saddening to hear the sudden demise of J. Michael Mendel, the producer of The Simpsons and Rick and Morty. He was a four-time Emmy Award winner and he was honoured in the year 1995, ’97, and ’98 for his job as a producer on The Simpsons and later in 2018 for Rick and Morty where he worked as a line producer. Justin Roiland, co-creator of Rick and Morty took to his Twitter account to share the sad news with his fans. "I don’t know what I’m going to do without you by my side Mike. I’m destroyed,” he wrote.
