After a dramatic ending to season 7 of GoT, we bet fans had been waiting to hear some news about the next season of the popular series. The makers have almost wrapped up the shooting of the upcoming season and if reports are to be believed, there are going to be only six episodes to season 8.
Maisie Williams. who plays Arya Stark in Game of Thrones had earlier hinted at April 2019 release of the next season. However, she later went on to call the report “completely false.” The quote she “supposedly” gave the outlet was taken from an old interview, she said.
Recently, Emilia Clarke and Sophie Turner, who play Daenerys Targaryen and Sansa Stark respectively, bid an emotional adieu to the show as they finished shooting for their part in the eighth season.
