Anne Hathaway is that dreamy princess in movies who proves, time and again, that anybody can be a princess. Right from the time she played Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries, she gave all the young girls a reason to believe that anybody could feel and be a princess. I mean, what a lucky lady, to play a princess on screen enough times to be recognized as a princess herself. To count the times Hathaway played a princess onscreen is quite a handful. Let's just say that while Anne Hathaway might have created that ideal 'princess like' impression on people with her onscreen performance. But she has lived quite the life off-screen as well.

From being one of the most favourite artists with Academy Awards stacked up on her walls and big bucks lying in her bank account. In just a decade long career span, she has managed to carve a niche for herself and become one of the best actresses in the business. While she is the face of a princess with way too many films in her kitty, Hathaway has also tried other roles such as the fiesty Selina Kyle in The Dark Knight Rises and Fantine, the prostitute in Les Miserable, to name a few of her prominent roles.

And while we just love that she has channelled a lot of her awesome verve in a plethora of films, here's to the times she reminded us that anybody can be a princess!

Now we're not sure of what plans she has for her 36th birthday. Since she does share her birthday with Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling, perhaps they might bring in some pizzazz to LA with their star-studded parties? Well, we can only hope.
