The Golden Globe Awards 2019 was quite an eventful night. Many surprising winners were revealed such as Bohemian Rhapsody taking home the Best Motion Film title. Quite a lot of awards were a tad bit predictable considering how the performances of the said celebrities did stand out. Rami Malek, Mahershala Ali, Roma, Darren Criss, Patricia Arquette, Rachel Brosnahan, etc to name a few, were the ones we did root for. There were some veteran recipients of the Golden Globe trophy but many newcomers such as Mahershala Ali, Regina King, Christian Bale, Rami Malek, and Michael Douglas!
With Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh as hosts, there was less political insinuations and more fun and frolic. Many topics were lightly touched upon and tread with utmost caution. While most of the celebrities stuck to the usual thank yous and gratitude, very handful of them chose to speak up about real issues and make the most of the platform. Anyway, back to the main subject, here are the complete list of winners of the Golden Globe Awards 2019.
