Walt Disney Animation released a new poster for Frozen 2 today (June 10). The upcoming sequel will continue the story of Anna and Elsa from the hit animated musical Frozen. As reported earlier, in the second part, Anna and Elsa take on an adventure together as they travel beyond Arendelle. As per Walt Disney's announcement, the film's synopsis reads, "Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she’ll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In Frozen, Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In Frozen 2, she must hope they are enough." Earlier, a teaser trailer was released in February where fans got a hint of what's next for Elsa and Anna, as well as for Kristoff, Sven and Olaf.

The 2013 film received rave reviews from critics as well as audiences and over time has become one of the most-loved Disney musicals among children across the globe. Frozen won big at the Oscars too as it bagged the Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Let It Go,”.

A trailer of the sequel will be released tomorrow morning and fans of the franchise are super excited for it. The film is slated to release in November this year.
