The new movie, titled "Dominion", was earlier scheduled to hit the theatres worldwide on June 11, 2021. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will now release a year later on June 10, 2022. Trevorrow is directing from a script he co-wrote with Emily Carmichael. He will also executive produce the film with Steven Spielberg.
