Did You Know Chris Pratt Told Ex-Wife Anna Faris About Proposing to Katherine Schwarzenegger Before Making An Official Announcement?

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris' post-divorce relationship is the kind we want! They both are so happy and supportive of each other in all their walks of life that it puts every other vindictive ex to shame. Earlier this week, Chris Pratt surprised everyone by announcing his engagement to Katherine Schwarzenegger.

Obviously, the first reaction would be to learn how Anna Faris responded to the reports. Easy there though, there was literally no drama involved. In fact, Anna was super enthusiastic and happy for the couple as she commented on his Instagram post. But turns out Anna knew it even before the news found itself on social media! In the morning before making the news public, Pratt reached out to Faris to notify her about how the proposal went.

On her podcast, Anna Faris Is Unqualified, Faris revealed, "Chris texted me this morning and he was like, you know, 'I proposed to Katherine last night,' I was like, 'Ah that's amazing!'" Her response to his news was also quite funny as she told him, "I texted him back like, 'Just want to remind you, I'm an ordained minister.'"Far and Pratt announced their separation back in 2017 after being married to each other for 8 years. They share a six-year-old son named Jack.

Anna further spoke about how thrilled she is that Katherine will now be a part of Jack's life too. She said, "Sweet Chris, my ex, got engaged to Katherine today, and I'm so happy for them," she said within the first few minutes of her podcast episode, adding, "I knew that it was gonna happen, and I love her, and I love him, and I'm just so happy that they found each other. I so subscribe to the idea of expanding family and love, with Jack."

Speaking of whether she was okay with this, Faris commented, "Yes, of course, I'm cool. That's almost the harder part of things, is people looking to me for my reaction." The Mom actress concluded the podcast by adding, "I do want to be open with my dear listeners, and I do want to congratulate Chris and Katherine and I love you guys. I'm thrilled. They're both f*cking amazing people. I'm so happy." How cute are these two exes!
