Los Angeles: Lakeith Stanfield will be toplining the film adaptation of American-Nigerian chef Kwame Onwuachi's memoir, Notes From a Young Black Chef. According to Variety, the script will be adapted by Randy McKinnon from the book Onwuachi co-wrote with Joshua David Stein. Stephen Dr Love is attached to produce the project, which hails from studio A24. Stanfield will executive produce alongside Colin Stark. The makers are yet to announce a director for the film.
