In a shocking move, Netflix has been cancelling most of the fan-favourite Marvel shows in the past couple of months. First, it was Luke Cage and Iron Fist that got the axe. The last to go was Daredevil, after recently completing the third season. There were speculations that these axed shows might go to Disney's streaming service that will begin soon. However, in a recent interview, Daredevil star Charlie Cox hinted that he may not return to wear the mask once more. And now another actor from the show has talked about the cancellation and she blames Netflix for the whole drama.

Amy Rutberg is popular among the Marvel fans for playing Marci, the girlfriend of Matt Murdock's BFF Foggy Nelson, Speaking to Indiewire, she talked about the circumstances in which the show was cancelled. She said, "My contacts at Marvel were very surprised. They were surprised." Netflix Releases 'Stranger Things' Season 3 Teaser and We Can't Keep Calm!

She also added that the fourth season of Daredevil was in the works when the cancellation happened. She said, "We had heard rumours we would start production as early as February 2019. It’s a little unusual to be that far ahead in the planning and cancel the show, which makes me think Netflix was labouring over whether or not to cancel it. My guess was it was not an easy decision."

As of now, the only two Marvel shows that Netflix has not been cancelling are The Punisher, which is due for a second season, and Jessica Jones. However, it is expected that Netflix would cancel these two shows too, based on what they did to Daredevil.
