Chris Hemsworth can give the God of Thunder, a go for his money with a body so god-like. Okay, maybe we pushed it too far. But you have to admit, Chris Hemsworth has managed to maintain his beefed up body and look aesthetically pleasing, all at once! You must know that it's not all a day's work but the relentless pursuit and gym sessions that brought about his Thor-bod.
Now we understand that you're used to the weights and treadmills but have you ever tried combination exercises to build up your stamina? You probably have done that too but not the mixed set that Chris recently discovered with his trainer. The Avengers: Endgame actor shared a video of himself doing some intense combination workout that is evidently supposed to stress the legs but boost functionality and stamina.
But mind you, it's going to make your legs ache worse than on a leg day! The actor posted the video on Instagram with a caption, "Try this 10 times through *puke emoji* Cheers to @da_rulk for giving us this little leg burner. No equipment needed, low impact and super functional. You'll feel like you're wearing a pair of concrete gum boots afterwards @zocobodypro" Check out the intense workout video below.
The last time we saw Thor in action was in Avengers: Infinity War when he stood up against Thanos with a new and refined hammer but was too late to stop the decimation. In the recent Avengers: Endgame teaser trailer, Hemsworth was missing but we're hoping that he'll have some screen space in the first trailer of the much-awaited finale to the Avengers franchise.
