Apart from Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu starrer Badla, Brie Larson's superhero film Captain Marvel is also hitting the screens tomorrow. Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, the Hollywood movie also stars Samuel L Jackson, Djimon Hounsou, Clark Gregg, and Jude Law in pivotal roles.  Last year, two trailers of the film were released and both of them got everyone excited for the superhero film. Also, the buzz around the film is quite high because it's the first time that a female character is leading a Marvel movie. But is her presence enough to get cash registers ringing? Will Captain Marvel take a huge opening in India considering superhero films have done really well in the past? Well, according to trade pundits the film should open around Rs 5 to 6 crore which is actually pretty decent. In the past few years, Hollywood films, in general, have been doing good business in India and when it comes to Marvel and DC movies, they do have a loyal fan following here. So keeping that in mind, Captain Marvel should perform well overall at the Indian box office.
