The first look of Baron Zemo (played by Daniel Brühl) from Disney+ series, The Falcon And the Winter Soldier, has been dropped. The series, which also stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, will return as Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes to the Marvel universe. The same was announced at the ongoing San Diego Comic-Con presentation. Marvel Phase 4: Six Superheroes or Superhero Teams Whose Absence in Kevin Feige’s Future MCU Movies and Shows Is Baffling!
While the panel was lit with the Marvel heroes who have found a sweet spot in everyone's heart since the Avengers outbreak in fandom, a very interesting incident did occur. During the panel, Mackie, Stan and Marvel Studios' boss Kevin Feige were interrupted by a video hack. Needless to say, the hack was done by the villainy of Baron Zemo. Although we knew details about the same, little did anybody expect Daniel Brühl to share a peek at his character on his Instagram account! Captioning about the same, he wrote "Longing, Rusted, Seventeen, Daybreak, Furnace, Nine, Benign, Homecoming, One, Freight Car.“ Zemo is getting ready #SDCC." Clearly, Zemo won the internet by dropping his look in the best way possible. You probably remember Zemo as the main villain in Captain America: Civil War. He managed to implicate that Bucky was the terrorist responsible for the death of Wakandan King T'Chaka. In fact, he even managed to pit the Avengers against each other as Tony Stark found about more about his father's death. Quite a notorious villain, we'd say. The Falcon And The Winter Soldier is all set to stream on Disney+ in autumn 2020.
