In case you are someone who doesn't know much about Marvel comics and it's superheroes but keen on watching Avengers, here are a couple of things that you need to know before you head to the theatres.
Considering Avengers: Infinity War is doing exceedingly well at the box office, it is unlikely that anyone would want to miss out on such a marvellous film. Marvel's epic superhero movie has already been making a lot of noise as it has broken all box office records of Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and every other 'box office kings'. In case you are someone who doesn't know much about Marvel comics and it's superheroes but keen on watching Avengers, here are a couple of things that you need to know before you head to the theatres.
Who is Thanos and what does he want?
Thanos is a superhuman who colonised Saturn's moon, Titan. He is uber powerful and incredibly talented and is obsessed with death. Thanos wants to conquer the world. He goes on killing people on different planets, murdering half the population in the universe with the power of the gems or what they call it as, Infinity Stones.
The Infinity Stones
Why is Thanos after the Infinity Stones? Simply because they will make him all powerful. There are, in all, 6 infinity stones which come with devastating powers. Here's what these stones can do:
-The Space Stone (Blue gem) - Helps in being omnipresent.
-The Mind Stone (Yellow gem) - Can hypnotise and manipulate victims.
-The Power Stone (Purple gem) - Enhances the user's strength.
-The Time Stone (Green gem) - Reverses time
-The Reality Stone (Red gem) - Can change the reality as a whole
-The Soul Stone (Orange Gem) - Can resurrect souls and control lives of all living beings.
Visions and Seeing Scarlet
The Yellow gem, which is the Mind Stone, which is inside Vision's head, gave ultimate supernatural powers to Scarlet which is probably why they share a great chemistry. There is some sort of romantic tension between the two in Captain America: Civil War and it would be interesting to see how their equation turns out to be in Infinity War.
Wakanda
Wakanda is a Third World country and isn't visible anywhere on the map. The most special thing about Wakanda is that it has the strongest metal on Earth. Thanos and his army will battle the Avengers on the land of Wakanda since the Yellow Stone somehow lands there.
Avengers: Infinity War is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. The movie is considered as the biggest ensemble Hollywood movie and stars Robert Downey Jr, Josh Brolin, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Don Cheadle, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston.
