Avengers Infinity War: The 'Marvel Bunch' Comes Up With a Musical Video That Will Leave You Smiling by the End
"Hello Brother!"
Having watched Avengers: Infinity War, I am not sure how many of you will be left smiling by the end of it thanks to all the deaths and destruction. It is the biggest superhero movie ever made, all in terms of starcast, the plot, the scope, the villain and above all, the stake. Don't go in expecting a feel-good Marvel movie, where everything is rosy in the end and you can see rainbows in the sky. The movie is dark, but not without its usual entertaining humour and action.
In case you find the latest Avengers movie too dark, how about having a musical featuring your favourite Marvel superheroes? No, Marvel Studios is not planning a musical movie as such. But a few stars of the movie have come together to shoot a fun music video for the show, Tonight with Jimmy Fallon. No two words about it, it is damn hilarious and fun.
The song's called The Marvel Bunch, and it features Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johannson, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Anthony Mackie, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman and Tom Hiddleston. Each of the actors describes their superhero character's traits in the sing-song hilarious way. The best bit comes towards the end when Hiddleston arrives and turns to Hemsworth saying "Hello brother!" To which the latter replies, "Oh, Shut up!"
As expected, Jeremy Renner aka Hawkeye is missing, and I am surprised that no one thought of putting a joke about it in there. Et tu, Natasha?
Avengers: Infinity War is directed by Russo Brothers, and also stars Josh Brolin, Zoe Saldanha, Dave Bautista, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Paul Bettany, Peter Dinklage, Sebastian Stan, Don Cheadle and many others.
