The last week of April 2018 is special for all movie fans for one reason - the biggest Hollywood movie of the year is about to release and we just can't keep calm. Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to release worldwide on April 27, with the promotions already in full swing. Touted as the biggest superhero movie ever made, Infinity War is the culmination of the a decade old, 18-year old journey of Marvel Cinematic Universe that began with Iron Man in 2008. Avengers: Infinity War is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, who previously made Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War for MCU.

Unlike their previous movies, the Marvel Studios have refrained from arranging early screenings so as to avoid spoilers being leaked. Even the stars haven't got to t However, there are some Doubting Thomases out there, who feel that it may be because the movie is bad. Well, if you are one of those, then perhaps the below tweet from Kevin Smith, who was one of the lucky ones to get an early screening, might help you relax. For according to him, the movie is 'epic beyond compare'!

Though he is bound by Marvel's #ThanosDemandsYourSilence campaign and can't talk spoilers, Smith calls the movie a gigantic Marvel masterpiece. Check out his tweet below -

Kevin Smith is known for directing Clerks series, Chasing Amy and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, as well as a couple of episodes of the TV series The Flash. He is known for playing the character 'Silent Bob', that he has referenced in the tweet above. He is also a self-confessed superhero geek, and his word in superhero matters is considered Bible by many who follow his podcasts.
