Like for example, Linda Cardellini, Julie Delpy and Andy Serkis' casting in Avengers: Age of Ultron or Peter Dinklage in Avengers: Infinity War had some very interesting fan theories? Katherine Langford is very popular among the young audiences for her starring role in the Netflix drama series, 13 Reasons Why. She had played Hannah Baker, a teenage girl, whose mysterious suicide drives the events in the series. Fans have been speculating that she might be either playing Kate Bishop, a young Avenger who will take up the mantle of Hawkeye from the original Avenger (played by Jeremy Renner in the Marvel Cinematic Universe). Other speculate that she might be playing the grownup Cassie Lang, the daughter of Scott Lang aka MCU's Ant-Man (Paul Rudd).
However, Katherine had put up a new Insta picture, where she is seen having straightened reddish hair and wearing a black shirt, two traits that remind us of Black Widow (played by Scarlett Johannson). Since there is a solo Black Widow movie in the making, that delves into the character's past, will we have a younger version of hers make debut with EndGame? We had a glimpse of Black Widow's past in Age of Ultron, though, when Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) made her see visions of her past.
Also, the caption that Katherine has posted is equally intriguing - "She (red)y".
Some of Langford's fans are also theorising that she may be playing a younger Pepper Potts (played by Gwyneth Paltrow), who is reportedly having a major role in Avengers: EndGame.
The truth, however, might not have anything to do with Marvel. Katherine Langford is playing the lead in the Netflix series, Cursed, and this could be her look in that series.
