The latest Marvel offering Avengers: Endgame finally released in India yesterday, April 26, and got off to a flying start as it recorded almost 100% occupancy across the country. The trade experts had predicted that the Hollywood superhero film would easily mint Rs 50 crore on the first day at the Indian box office and that’s exactly what happened. In fact, the film performed even better and surpassed the Rs 50 crore mark on day 1. Yes, Avengers: Endgame raked in a whopping Rs 53. 10 crore on the first day, beating the opening day record of Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan's Thugs Of Hindostan. Avengers EndGame China Box Office: The Hollywood Superhero Film Beats Dangal, Mints Rs 1500 Crore in First Three Days!

Further, Adarsh pointed out an interesting fact and wrote on his Twitter timeline, "What a coincidence...#Baahubali2 released on [Fri] 28 April 2017, #AvengersInfinityWar released on [Fri] 27 April 2018, Now #AvengersEndgame released on [Fri] 26 April 2019.All three money spinners released on the *last Friday* of April. NON-HOLIDAY RELEASES all."

With no competition at the box office, its pretty obvious that Avengers: Endgame will continue to fare brilliantly at the ticket windows in India. After creating history on day 1, the Marvel film will comfortably enter the Rs 150 crore club in the opening weekend itself. Who knows, maybe the film will even touch Rs 200 crore mark as the craze and hysteria around the movie is unbelievable in India.
