It was on October 28, 2016, when the makers announced a sequel titled Angel Has Fallen is in development, with Gerard Butler reprising his role and also stepping in as the producer. Angel Has Fallen Director Ric Roman Waugh: ‘I Wanted to Be in Mike’s Head, Feeling That Sense of Duty and Honor’
