The annual Comedy Central roast took place over the weekend and it was as hilarious as one would expect. This year's honoree, Alec Baldwin, went up to the podium and didn't even spare his own daughter, Ireland Baldwin, as he went on to take major digs at the guests. The guests this year involved Ireland Baldwin, Blake Griffin, Caitlyn Jenner, Ken Jeong, Nikki Glaser, Robert De Niro and many, many others. Baldwin might have been hilarious at the podium but it was Glaser's witty quips that got everyone laughing out loud. "Robert De Niro, I can't believe I get to share this stage with you, and by that I mean the final one of your life," the Trainwreck star and comedian joked. Directing her roast to Baldwin, Glaser said, "Alec, you've had four kids with Hilaria [Baldwin], which is incredible, because isn't your s---n just oatmeal at this point? Black Griffin also took this opportunity to take massive digs at Baldwin as he said, "On behalf of the entire NBA and half the rappers on the Billboard charts, thanks for giving your daughters daddy issues." This got everyone balling on the floor and laughing till their eyes cried! Sean Hayes also joined the fun and roasted Baldwin by saying, "It's true, Alec had a substance abuse problem in the past, but he worked through it and hasn't done anything of substance in 20 years." When it was Baldwin's turn, he didn't hold back as he directly went for the kill. "Sharing the spotlight is my gift to all of you," he began. His next target, NBA player Blake Griffin, got some jokes directed at him as Baldwin stated, "Blake, moving from LA to Detroit is so sad. That only happens when a prostitute's body is sent back to her family."
Even legendary actor Robert De Niro took to the podium but instead of joking around others, he took self-digs as he said, "After tonight, Rocky and Bullwinkle won't be the worst thing I've ever done." He further went on to tease Caitlyn Jenner by saying, "Comedy Central wouldn't put Caitlyn Jenner on a roast until after her transition so they could pay her 20 per cent less." Overall, it was a madhouse and celebrities didn't hold back their mean train as they continued to make hilarious quips!
