A Quiet Place Part II Trailer: Emily Blunt's Horror Film Gets More Sinister In The Sequel (Watch Video)

A brand new trailer of the upcoming horror film, A Quiet Place Part II, has dropped on the internet. It is amazing from the word go. Apart from the obvious horror elements, there are some insane action sequences also in the footage. We see Emily Blunt driving a car in reverse as an out of control bus approaches from the front. This will be a close call and we'd love to see it on the big screen. In the universe of A Quiet Place, Earth has been taken over by monsters that hunt by responding to sound. They meet a set of new people. But the plot has gotten more sinister. Turns out, even humans cannot be trusted. "The people that are left, are not the kind of people worth saving," says Cillian Murphy. What is that all about? The opening of the new footage of A Quiet Place Part II also tells us that we will get to see what happened before the events of the first film.

Although, since John Krasinki's character died in the first film, chances of him appearing in part II are slim. But since the movie will also serve as a prequel, as evident from the trailer, we are not losing all hope of seeing him reprise his role. Maybe a flashback? Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe  - all reprise their roles.

A Quiet Place Part II has been written and directed by John Krasinski. The movie is slated to release on March 20, 2020.
