2 Fast 2 Furious Director John Singleton was hospitalised after suffering a mild stroke. Columnist B. Scott broke the news on her personal blog on Saturday morning. She wrote 'According to our sources, the legendary John Singleton is in the hospital after suffering a stroke.' The acclaimed director was hospitalised on Friday night and his current condition is unknown. Singleton was the youngest filmmaker to be nominated for two Oscars – Best Director and Best Original Screenplay – for Boyz n the Hood. His work also extends to directing Michael Jackson’s video for Remember The Time. He has also directed movies like  Rosewood, Shaft, 2 Fast 2 Furious, and Four Brothers and TV show The People vs. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story.
