Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has been reportedly dating Canadian musician Claire Boucher, popularly known as Grimes. The two stepped out together at Met Gala 2018 surprising almost everyone. Musk wore a white tuxedo jacket and shirt with black trousers and a white robe, while Grimes maintained her hip avatar in a black-and-silver corseted gown and a choker that looked designed after the Tesla T logo, in their first public appearance together. The couple were sticking to Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Benefit's this year's theme: 'Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination'.

According to a Page Six report, the pair met a month ago online and have been together since then. However, the couple has not publicly confirmed their relationship. According to the report, it was a joke by Grimes on artificial intelligence that made Musk reach out to her.

Grimes who is also a songwriter, record producer and visual artist received widespread acclaim for her version of music blending pop, electronic, indie rock, and noise music. In 2010, The New York Times had lauded her studio album 'Visions' as 'one of the most impressive albums of the year so far'.

Musk's love life was in wraps after he ended his short-lived romance with Johnny Depp's ex-girlfriend, Amber Heard. The 46-year-old is the founder of Tesla and SpaceX companies. He has a net worth of USD 20.1 billion.

Musk appeared to have tweeted for his alleged girlfriend on Twitter on Monday. He posted 'Rococo basilisk' in a tweet which refers to an alter-ego that Grimes created for her song 'Flesh Without Blood'.  Rococo basilisk's which is a play on words refers to an experiment around artificial intelligence, known as Roko’s basilisk.
