Ed Sheeran Finally Reveals That He Is Secretly Married or Does He Not?
It so happened that in a recent interview, a reporter asked Ed THE question!
Has he (made the declaration!)? Or has he not? Well, the whispers were slowly but surely translating into loud murmurs. Ed Sheeran, it was suggested, has gotten married and he was keeping his marital status a well-guarded secret. But who would have thought that a rather innocuous answer dished out in a not-so-intense interview, will only fuel the rumours (or the obvious) revolving around the lad's marriage further?
Ed and his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn had announced their engagement in January, with Ed even declared on Instagram."Got myself a fiancé just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx." But suddenly, the news about Ed's marriage started gaining momentum for no particular rhyme or reason.
It so happened that in a recent interview, a reporter apparently asked Ed this question. "What about the wedding details? Have you picked a date? Do you know where? Do you know when yet?" Ed too instead of employing a rather concrete reply pointed at his ring finger, clearly hinting at a wedding band Cherry gave him as an engagement ring.
The obvious next from the reporter was if Ed was married already. "That's exciting! Congratulations my friend! Congratulations!," he said. How did you sneak that one?"Ed came up with this to the query. "Well, I never do anything too public anyway." This may not have come as a concrete answer, affirming his marriage but fans have hurried into taking what they want out of what can be aptly put as a playful reply.
