BTS Create History at Golden Disc Awards 2020 as They Become the First Artist to Win Both Physical Album & Digital Song Daesangs and ARMY Can't Keep Calm!
Well, if this was any less the band have now also won the Album Daesang at the 34th Golden Disk Awards. They are now the only artists in history to win both GDA Daesangs (Digitals and Album) in the same year.
The New Year seems to be going extremely well for K-Pop band BTS and their fans too. The band recently bagged another prestigious honour as they took home two huge awards at the 34th Golden Disc Awards. The seven-member band were honoured with Digital Song of the Year (Daesang) and Digital Song Division Bonsang awards. For the two-day award show, the band wasn't present to accept the honours and hence Big Hit Entertainment founder and producer Bang Shi Hyuk accepted the award on the behalf of BTS. The message said, "To ARMY all over the world who love our music, thank you very much. We’ll continue to be with you through our music in 2020, and in the future as well. As long as ARMY is there to listen to our music, BTS is happy, and BTS will be happy.” Well, if this was any less the band have now also won the Album Daesang at the 34th Golden Disk Awards. They are now the only artists in history to win both GDA Daesangs (Digitals and Album) in the same year.
Twitterati is currently going crazy over the videos of BTS performing at the GDAs. The band turned up in gorgeous pastel outfits for their performance and have left fans swooning over them.
