We were the first ones to report that Zero is facing a barrage of fake negative reviews from trolls and newly made fake handles. While this is not exactly a new phenomenon for a Bollywood film, what makes the case of Shah Rukh's film so interesting is that these fake handles are made in the name of popular journalists like Rajeev Masand, Anupama Chopra, Taran Adarsh etc, as well as trade experts like Girish Johar, Raj Bansal et al. Now that everyone is talking about this, more fake handles are being made. The funny part is that they are getting more ridiculous by the minute. Zero: Beware Shah Rukh Khan Fans! Fake Twitter Handles In The Name of Top Journos and Trade Experts Are Spreading False Reviews and Occupancy on Twitter!

For now, the Twitter handles are being made in the name of popular politicians and actors and they are either trolling Zero and are praising it. Fake Twitter handles are made in the name of former PM Manmohan Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Bengal CM Mamta Bannerjee and even international politicians like former US President Barack Obama and North Korean President Kim Jong-Un. Why, even the slain Taliban head Osama Bin Laden and arrested Godman Asaram Bapu have their Twitter handles too. Zero: Shah Rukh Khan Has a Savage Reply to Fake and Negative Reviews.

With so much 'fakeness' being spread around, even Bauua Singh, Shah Rukh Khan's character in Zero, had to clarify through his Twitter handle that there were no special screenings held.
