The world has become conscious of mental health. Earlier, this particular space was taken much lightly as against physical health. However, the talk on the same has begun and the awareness is being spread religiously. Also, to emphasize more on this subject, an occasion called ‘World Mental Health Day’ is celebrated on October 10. The week prior to this day is celebrated as the World Mental Health Week. Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan recently posted a note dedicated to this on his Instagram. B-town celebs are quite vocal about mental health care. From Deepika Padukone to Alia Bhatt, the stars have shared their own experiences related to depression, anxiety etc. They also took various initiatives to spread awareness and, in an attempt, to wipe off the stigma attached to it. Now, Aamir too shared a kind note for his fans asking them to speak up about their problems and stress. He stated how mental hygiene is equally important as the physical one.
