I know you are still not over the dreamy wedding pics of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, just like me. Their too-perfect-for-human-beings kinda photos at the serene location of Lake Como, Italy got everyone wanting to get married! But hey, wishing and executing are two different things. The actress is now prepping up for her extravagant wedding with American singer Nick Jonas. Despite her superstar status and class-apart lifestyle, we feel that she is a relatable Indian bride, who somehow fits into us. Here's why!
Sharing, sharing and some more sharing- Unlike the other top-notch brides of Bollywood, PC kept it all open and simple. We desi people love to flaunt those little exciting moments right before the wedding. Priyanka too did the same as she kept on sharing the pre-wedding moments on social media, bubbling with excitement. Just go and check her Instagram feed and stories, which is full of wedding shenanigans.
Shop till you drop- Again something that we all love to do endlessly! It's fun to watch how PeeCee is roaming the world to pick her favourite wedding accessories. We don't have to mention it separately how important the 'shopping' drama is considered in our society.
Different Brands- This takes us to the next point which is trying different brands to pull together the wedding day. The stunner did not restrict herself to a particular brand (read Sabyasachi) to sum up her wedding. PC added a variety of brands into her wedding prep list like Tiffany and company, Jimmy Choo, Ralph Lauren, Amazon, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla to name a few. I mean, we cannot imagine ourselves sticking to a particular brand for the whole wedding event! Can you imagine requesting your girlfriends, chachis, mamis and buas to opt for a particular brand only?

No Shaadi without BFFs- Bet on your best friends killing you if you even try to plan a wedding without them, forget completing the whole process without their trace. PC proved to be a perfect friend who invited all her friends to the bridal shower, bachelorette party and other little outings. She even posted the fun pictures of these girly moments like a boss.

New relations!- The most important thing while entering a new family is getting along with the family members. The Bollywood stunner made sure that she hung out with Papa Jonas, Mama Jonas or for that matter her future brother-in-law Joe Jonas and sister-in-law Sophie Turner. Some family bonding before the wedding is a must!

Work and Wedding- How many of us can actually afford to take a sabbatical from work to prepare for the wedding? Not many, I suppose. The Chopra girl also was like those regular women who choose to juggle between the work commitments along with preparing for her big day. PC worked on the sets of The Sky is Pink simultaneously.

Single girl life- The star pampered herself like anything in her last 'single' days before getting hitched. From hosting a pyjama party to posting solo sunkissed pics to going on trips with friends, she is following the norm anyone of us would follow.
