War continues to rake in big moolah at the box office. As per early estimates, on its second Saturday, the film saw a jump in collection. Second Friday brought in Rs 7.10 crore which helped the film get a score of Rs 245.95 crore. Reports suggest the second Saturday numbers are even better. What worked in War's favour all this while was one, it released on a holiday which helped it post the biggest first day numbers ever. It did see a decline the next day but it quickly recovered and since then, has been trending supremely well. It also helped that it got another holiday in the form of Dussehra right after a five day extended opening weekend.

War will soon beat Kabir Singh and become the biggest hit of 2019. Trade is hopeful that it will give Bollywood it's first Rs 300 crore movie this year. Well, it only has till Diwali to do that.
