According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Shibasish Sarkar, Group CEO, Reliance Entertainment, has confirmed that Vikas Bahl has been levelled from all the allegations made against him. Shibasish was quoted in saying, “Yes, it is that the internal complaints committee report has exonerated Vikas Bahl. The production house Phantom Films was formed by Vikash Bahl, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane and Madhu Mantena. When this news of sexual misconduct was broken, it not just affected the partnership but it also led to the dissolution of Phanton Films. Not just that, Anurag Kashyap took over the post-production responsibility of Super 30, reported Huffington Post. Mirror also reports that, after getting a clean chit Vikas Bahl has filed a defamation suit against his former partners of Phantom Films.
