Multi-talented actor, Viju Khote who was known for his terrific acting abilities in Hindi and Marathi films breathed his last on Monday (September 30). He died at the age of 78. For the unversed, the Indian actor was extremely well-known for portraying the role of Kalia in the superhit film Sholay. His dialogue from the same film, 'Sardar maine aapka namak khaya hai' is still remembered by many. He was also known for his role as Robert in Aamir Khan and Salman Khan-starrer Andaz Apna Apna. The funeral of the veteran star took place on Monday itself and many Bollywood celebs were clicked at the venue who came to offer their condolences to the actor. Son of a noted stage actor Nandu Khote and brother to brilliant actress, Shubha Khote, Viju's acting prowess was clearly seen in films like Atithi Tum Kab Jaogey, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani, Garam Masala, Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya and many more.
