Vidyut Jammwal's Junglee has made the country proud. The action entertainer which released earlier this year in India, has made waves at the Jackie Chan International Film Week in China, winning two awards. Over 150 films from across the globe were competing in the film week. How cool it is that Junglee bagged the trophies. Also, another awesome thing about the win is the fact that Vidyut Jammwal was able to meet his inspiration, the legendary action star, Jackie Chan. Talking about his experience of meeting the legend, Vidyut told DNA, "When I met Jackie, he hugged me. It was an amazing moment. We all have been inspired by him and to receive the award in front of the legend and him acknowledging my action was the best feeling."

He also added, "When you are not from the industry and people appreciate you, it cannot get any better than this,". We also wonder if this is also a jibe at Bollywood. Vidyut would know better. But we hope, the actor gets more fame on international platforms.

The actor is also hopeful to get more recognition and he has big plans in place. "The thing is, I am very proud of the fact that Junglee has won international awards and there is more to come. For me, to get into the industry was very important to have a unique craft and now that I have conquered it, I will be doing many more things," Vidyut added.

After Junglee, the actor will be next seen in Commando 3. The shooting of the film barring one song is complete. He will also be seen in Khuda Hafiz. Not many details about the project are public knowledge at the moment. We know that Shruti Haasan will star as the female lead in this fusion of romance and action.
