Vidya Balan’s Father Hospitalised; Actress, Husband Siddharth Roy Kapur Visit Him at Hinduja Hospital
Vidya Balan's father was brought to Hinduja hospital on Monday night. However, the reason is unknown yet.
Bollywood actor Vidya Balan's father PR Balan has been admitted to a hospital, in Mumbai, late on Monday night, sources said. According to our sources, "The actor's father was brought to Hinduja hospital last night, following a minor stroke." However, the reason is yet unknown. Vidya and Siddharth Roy Kapur visited the former's father at the hospital. When our reporter contacted Vidya Balan, she confirmed the news and said, "Yes, my father has been hospitalised." However, the actress refused to divulge any further details.
Earlier, Vidya too was hospitalised in Mumbai for suspected kidney stones on December 31, 2015. The incident occurred when Balan and her husband Siddharth Roy Kapur had boarded a connecting flight from Abu Dhabi to a holiday destination. A report in The Times of India stated, "The pain was so severe, that the paramedics were called on board and they were deplaned .She was taken to a clinic at the airport for examination. Vidya's temperature had suddenly shot up for which she was treated. Soon after they took a flight back to Mumbai." Well, the 39-year-old returned home after being discharged from the hospital on the New Year's Day.
On the professional front, Vidya Balan, who entertained us all with her last outing 'Tumhari Sullu', is now making her Telugu debut with NTR biopic. The actress will be seen essaying the role of NTR's wife in the upcoming untitled biopic. Reportedly, Vidya has been taking lessons in music to fit the part.
