Varun Dhawan Welcomes Shraddha Kapoor On Board for Remo D'Souza's Dance Film

Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor are all set to reunite on the big screen with Remo D'Souza's dance flick. Going by the latest pic, we are assuming, the film goes on floors today. Varun took to social media to share a pic with his ABCD 2 co- star, Shraddha Kapoor, who has replaced Katrina Kaif in the film. "Welcome home chirkut," reads Varun's caption on Instagram as he welcomed Shraddha on board. The yet-to-be-titled project will see Varun in the role of a boy from Punjab who grows up in London and revolves around a team of professional dancers representing India in a dance competition. Talking about Katrina, there was a lot of buzz and fans were quite excited to see Varun and her together in a dance film together. However, the actress had date issues since she is currently shooting for Bharat. So, she eventually had to walk out of Remo's project. The director confirmed the news earlier saying, "Katrina has walked out of the film, and it was a mutual decision. She is shooting for my film only with Salman bhai, and that’s going a little ahead. We are having a date clash, that’s why we unfortunately had to do it, even though we really wanted her (in the dance film)."
