Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer Coolie No 1 has been making news ever since the makers made the announcement of the film. Recently, the film made headlines after Varun Dhawan took to the micro-blogging site (Twitter) to share a picture from the sets of Coolie No 1  and declare that the film’s sets have gone plastic-free; The actor also urged his peers to follow suit. Well, Varun once again took to Twitter to thank the Prime Minister for his tweet of appreciation. The actor tweeted, "धन्यवाद प्रधानमंत्री जी.साफ सफाई की शुरुआत घर की सबसे पहली शिक्षा होती है और मेरा यह मानना है कि जिस तरह से स्वच्छ भारत अभियान की शुरुआत आपने की है उसमें हरेक भारतीय को अपना योगदान देना चाहिए. स्वच्छता के हिसाब से भारत को नंबर 1 बनाना हमारा संकल्प है. Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan's Coolie No 1 will be helmed by Varun's father and filmmaker David Dhawan, who had also directed the original film  Coolie No 1 starring Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead. Bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani, the film, which is scheduled to hit the theatres on May 1, 2020, will be an entertaining watch as David Dhawan and Vashu Bhagnani are coming back together to adapt their timeless comedy, Coolie No 1 after 25 years.
