Varun Dhawan is all set to venture into production. Well, at least that is the rumour. But adding fuel to the fire is the actor's latest statement. He did not refute this rumour but did not confirm it either. But, thankfully, he is not being all evasive about it. There is a pretty legit reason as to why Varun doesn't want to comment on this one yet. Varun's father has been one of the most sought out directors in Bollywood since the '90s. Varun turned actor with Student of the Year, while his elder brother Rohit Dhawan turned director with Desi Boyz. Well, it seems like the family is finally ready to dive into the most complicated aspect of filmmaking - production. When a news daily got in touch with Varun, asking him to comment on the rumours, he said, “Let dad be the one to announce that. He is the deserving one – the real number one (laughs). I am not denying anything but he should do the honours.”

Now, while he could not have been clearer about the plan, but we do want to give the Dhawan family the opportunity to make the announcement as they please. We hear that the family is also planning to remake another one of David's popular film. After remaking Judwaa, the Dhawans are looking into Coolie No 1. Well, could that be the first movie to be produced by the Dhawan's own banner? We are waiting to find out.
