There is something definitely wrong with the sets of Kalank. The movie has a star studded cast of Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit. However, there have been constant reports of injuries on the sets. Just during the initial stages of the shoot, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt got injured with minor accidents on the sets. Then again, it was Aditya who hurt his jaw and broke his tooth on the sets. The fans started calling the sets a 'jinxed' one. To add to this rumor, another incident happened. A portion from the set collapsed due to heavy rain, reports Mumbai Mirror. 

"The team was to shoot a 20-day schedule starting July 31. Now, the shoot is postponed for at least two weeks as dates for all the cast members who have scenes together had to be reworked. The makers have decided to wait for the rains to let up before resuming shoot," a source told the tabloid.

The set was erected at Chitrakoot Grounds in Andheri and a portion was already shot there. It was Amrita Mahal who had designed the set. The set will get rebuilt again in few days says the report. We wonder what else the cast and crew has to face until the last schedule of Kalank.

Kalank is directed by Abhishek Verman and presented by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. This will mark as the fourth film together for Alia and Varun after Student of the Year, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The fans might also seen the grand reunion of alleged ex-flames Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt with the film. However, it is not yet confirmed whether they will share the screen space.
