He tweeted, "#UriTheSurgicalStrike is unshakable... Excellent on Day 4... Higher than Day 1... Will cross ₹ 50 cr today... Trending better than #Raazi, #Stree and #BadhaaiHo... Fri 8.20 cr, Sat 12.43 cr, Sun 15.10 cr, Mon 10.51 cr. Total: ₹ 46.24 cr. India biz. #Uri #HowsTheJosh."
Adarsh also pointed out, "#Baahubali2, #SKTKS, #Raazi, #Sanju, #Stree and now #UriTheSurgicalStrike... ALL non-holiday releases... Uri – the Surgical Strike Box Office Collection Day 1: Vicky Kaushal's Film on Its Way to Become the First Hit of 2019, Collects Rs 8.20 Crore.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film may not have pleased the critics big time but the audience seems to be mighty impressed with Vicky's latest outing. No wonder, Uri has turned out to be a crowd puller courtesy the good word of mouth. In fact, the film has been declared the first big hit of 2019. If Uri keeps minting big money, which we all obviously know it will, then it won't be long before it surpasses the lifetime collection of Stree and Baadhai Ho. Well, now all we can say is - Make way for Vicky Kaushal guys because he has truly arrived in Bollywood and how!
