Netflix India has managed to capture the Indian OTT audience base with their web-series like Sacred Games (especially), Delhi Crime, and more recently, Bard of Blood. When it comes to Netflix Original Indian movies though, save to some extent for Lust Stories, none of the content has managed to turn out to as iconic as Sacred Games. Airlift and Chef director Raja Krishna Menon is coming up with his new project for Netflix, Upstarts, in which he is involved as a creative producer. Directed by Udai Singh Pawar, the movie is about three friends and recent college graduates - played by Priyanshu Painyuli, Shadab Kamal and Chandrachoor Rai -  who decides to venture into startups. The trailer, that has been recently revealed, shows the friends' troubles to get the initiative started, the challenges of bringing in investors and trying to expand the benefits. While their app does become a success, it also creates a split between the friends, over their goals.
