Two years ago, Karan Johar-directed Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had released on October 28. ADHM had a stellar cast with Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles. The musical-romantic drama had Indian and Pakistani superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Fawad Khan making special appearances. As the film completes two years, movie buffs are celebrating it by trending #2YearsOfADHM on Twitter. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil indeed deserves all the hype and attention for the film some good acting, impressive soundtrack and excellent dialogues. The heart-touching dialogues written by Niranjan Iyengar are still etched in our memories.

ADHM, India’s answer to 500 Days of Summer (put that brick down) explored the relationship of Ayan (Ranbir) and Alizeh (Anushka). The film revolving around the themes of friendship, love and sort of, lust. While Ayan is madly in love with Alizeh, Anushka’s character considers him as his best friend. She is seeking the love of her cold-hearted boyfriend, Ali played by Fawad Khan. We also saw very beautiful Aishwarya as sensuous poetess Saba and a divorcee whose husband, played by Shah Rukh still loves her. She goes on to have a fling with Ayan. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, a film on love and relationships is one tearjerker. Heartbreaks are for real, and this movie teaches you that like no other with its music and dialogues.
