Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan's Thugs of Hindostan is one of the most awaited films of this year. The trailer that was released today has blockbuster written all over it. It was a visual delight and one can only expect the movie to perform wonders at the box office. Yes, we did expect to see more of Katrina and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the trailer but we are willing to wait till November 8 to see them shine on the bright screen. Thugs of Hindostan is all set to release on November 8, a day later than its original release date. As per a report in the DNA, it was the actor who suggested this minor change that would eventually work in the movie's favour. “Aamir knows the business very well and it was he who suggested to the team to release the movie a day after Diwali. He’s well aware that the footfalls in the theatres drop considerably in the evenings on account of Lakshmi Puja. So, he strongly recommended deferring the release by a day to make sure the film gets the bumper opening it’s expected to take,” a trade source was quoted saying by the daily.
