There is an increasing curiosity around Priyanka Chopra's next Bollywood film namely The Sky is Pink. Also starring Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim the lead, the film is directed by Shonali Bose. Peecee has been away from the Bollywood space for a long-long time and hence her return to the space is much-awaited. To the delight of the fans, the makers have finally got a release date for the flick and that is October 11, 2019. The star started prepping up for the movie long time ago. In fact, she was earlier roped in, in the Salman Khan starrer flick Bharat. However, she opted for this flick for some reason and now is all excited about the same. She has been prepping up for her role since even before her marriage and now is back on the sets of the same post being Mrs Nick Jonas.

The flick revolves around a motivational speaker named Aisha Chaudhary who got diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. While it is reported that the Dangal actress will be seen playing the role of Aisha, there is no confirmation on the roles of Farhan and Priyanka, who earlier co-starred in Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do. The final schedule of the film is yet to be shot and that will be done from March 1-12.
